Malpractice Insurance

I was recently visiting with a friend of mine who knew of a gal who had foot surgery a few years back. This woman had gone in for a simple procedure and came out of surgery on her feet for hammer toes which she did not have. It has caused her pain and anguish because of this. This doctor hopefully had malpractice insurance to protect himself because no doubt she went after him for his doing the surgery wrong.
